Concierge Services

Concierge services are the services provided by a person, team, or external company e.g. Aston Services Group (ASG), to serve as the initial point of contact for visitors to a business or building, making guests feel welcome and appreciated. A concierge often provides ‘front of house’ personal services to visitors to office buildings and hotels, handling guest queries and providing help as required.

Facilities Management

Facilities management is the function of providing maintenance of an organisation’s buildings and equipment. The International Organisation for Standardisation defines facilities management (FM) as the “organizational function which integrates people, place and process within the built environment with the purpose of improving the quality of life of people and the productivity of the core business.”

Facilities Management Company

A facilities management company is a company that handles the provision of services supporting the primary activities of an organisation, e.g. Aston Services Group (ASG).

Facilities Management Services

Facilities management services are the services provided by an internal team, or external company e.g. Aston Services Group (ASG), to support the primary activities of an organisation.

Security Services

Security services are the services delivered by a person, team, or external company e.g. Aston Services Group (ASG), to provide a secure environment for a business or building. This can include provision of security guards, access control systems, CCTV, key holding, remote monitoring and alarm response.
