unanimous
winner of Dare
Devil Partner Award
– April 2022
Michael (Mick) Kelly, an ASG Security Concierge
team member based within the Ashdown Philips &
Partners (AP+P) portfolio, has won the AP+P Dare
Devil Partners Award for April 2022.
Simon Hawkins, ASG Operations Director, comment-
ing on the news said, “Mick has clearly made a great
impression and delivered a fantastic level of service viable and ‘monstrous’ task of help-
to warrant receiving this award and the associated
praise. He is a great ambassador for ASG and the
values we hold dear, I’m very happy for Mick and
the team in general. It’s a great accolade and we are Jurassic Trail. Yes, you read that right see every day.”

Mick received the award following a unanimous
vote by the Senior Facilities Management team. His
landslide win was accredited to his dedication and
outstanding level of service. The management team
specifically noted that Mick was nominated for go-
ing above and beyond in his support of the team
when several colleagues were taken ill and were im-
pressed by the way he stepped up to the challenge,
looking after buildings not part of his normal rota,
helping to train temporary cover, and making sure
that sites were secure at the end of each shift.
Mick has also been rewarded with a £50 Lifestyle
Voucher for displaying such initiative and genuine
care for the buildings which is always great to see;
well done Mick!

Peter Robinson takes on
Ruyangosaurus at St. Johns

Peter Robinson, an ASG Security Of-
ficer at St. Johns Shopping Centre in
Leeds has recently been nominated
for the centre’s Super Star award. Pe-
ter is relatively new to the ASG team,
having joined earlier in the year, but
has already had a huge positive im-
pact and has been an absolute asset
from day one.
Peter provided exceptional support
to the centre when he had the unen-
ing when the centre took delivery of
an enormous automaton model of a
Ruyangosaurus as part of the Leeds
Peter Robinson took on a Ruyango-
saurus at St. Johns Shopping Centre
– now that’s dedication!
This automaton was delivered into the
centre and Peter had the responsibility
of helping the Jurassic Trail team relo- strates true dedication on a daily ba-

yard to its current position, holding
centre stage just inside the centre at
the Dortmund Square entrance.
Employee Focus
Peter received personal praise from
the events team regarding his support
and assistance in getting the dinosaur
into place and has subsequently been
rewarded for his sterling service with
the centre’s Super Star award for July
2022.
Steve Burns, ASG Site Manager com-
mented on Peter’s award , “Peter is
one of those people who hits the
ground running, his strong work ethic
was obvious from day one. Complet-
ing each task to the best of his ability
as he did when confronted with a di-
nosaur delivery is not something you

to praise his co-workers, saying, “I am

to be part of a team which demon-
sis.”
