Brilliant customer service!

Rebecca Hilton – She went above and beyond her role when dealing with an elderly man who fell onsite, she was absolutely lovely with him whilst waiting for an ambulance, but she also went to the hospital with him.  She has also visited him several times whilst he was in hospital and still keeps in contact with him as he has no family.  The Centre Manager (Victoria Nichol) wants her brilliant customer service to be recognised and acknowledged
