James now has over 25 years’ experience within the facilities services Industry and having held numerous Senior Management positions, James is a well-respected member of the senior team.
Since starting his own company and more recently merging with Cleanall to form Aston Services Group, maintained a hands on approach by putting staff and customer needs at the forefront of the business performance.
A positive thinking and disciplined individual, he brings to the table excellent leadership, organisational, decision making and communication skills.

Alistair has a wide range of experience across a broad spectrum of sectors. His passion lies primarily in the retail and leisure industry along with the development of multi-site portfolios.
Alistair is a straightforward and open individual who firmly believes in providing the client with the service they have bought and being there for his customers after the ‘deal’ has been done. His long-standing relationships with his customers is a testimony to this approach and commitment.

Business Development Director
As the newest member to the Board, Zoë brings a wealth of experience and skills from working in the Facilities Industry since 1996. Her role is in developing Aston Services Group’s portfolio across all sectors whilst progressing customer relationships.
Always striving for perfection, Zoë’s approach ensures control and delivery to and beyond customer expectation.
Operations Director Security
Simon has a great many years of working within the security industry and has held a number of senior roles in managing the delivery of this service to both national clientele as well as to a more locally focused customer base. He is passionate about customer service delivery and is very focused on making sure that his team always go the extra mile and that they strive to over deliver in all that they can do. Simon is very well connected within the security industry and is able to call upon additional specialist resources should the need ever present itself.
Simon brings with him passion, ambition, proven commercial acumen and a vast amount of contract delivery experience all of which dovetails beautifully into the Board’s other areas of focus, ability and skill set.
Melanie has been with the business since 2003 and has recently become Financial Controller to the Group.
She describes her position as ‘mother to the Directors’, but in reality her control and management of financial and accounting affairs is critical to the Group, ensuring that ASG is on an even keel and that cash ‘flows’.
