ASG Security Supervisor, Scott Wright was awarded Employee of the Year at the Harlow Town Centre Awards 2022, held November 24th in the Council Chamber at Harlow Civic Centre.

Now in their fifth year, the awards recognise individuals and teams that make the town centre what it is and celebrate the diverse businesses and services on offer. A shortlist of finalists is put to a public vote, allowing all the town’s residents the opportunity to reward those they feel are deserving.

Scott has been a valued member of staff at The Harvey Centre for over 20 years and is very much a part of the centre as well as the town itself. Always passionate about improving life for visitors and guests, going above and beyond what is required of him as standard.

Sarah Martino, Soft Services Manager, ASG, at The Harvey Centre, said: “This award is so well-deserved. Scott leads from the front, shows great empathy and compassion and copes with all situations in a calm and professional manner. Always striving to do better, he is a fantastic role model with outstanding customer service skills.”

As well as his role as Security Supervisor, Scott is also an artist, his most recent piece of work is in commemoration of our late Queen, HRH Queen Elizabeth II. He has also donated works of art to support charity days for Great Ormond Street hospital.
“These awards are a popular celebration of the people, places and businesses who make up our town centre. Those people, places and businesses continue to be there to serve residents and businesses in these challenging times and they will all have an important part to play in the town centre’s exciting regeneration and renewal,” Councillor Dan Swords, Deputy Leader of Harlow Council.
ASG is a leading, independent facilities services provider, offering essential support services from cleaning to security to organisations across the UK.
