Mandy Parker, was voted February’s Employee of the Month at Mill Gate Shopping Centre, Bury, for her continued outstanding level of customer service.
A valued member of the Mill Gate customer service team, Mandy is always willing to cover shifts at short notice, pleasant in her approach to customers at all times and never fails to greet with a smile; she is a fantastic customer service ambassador and role model.
Her positive attitude and friendly demeanour certainly impressed a recent visitor to the shopping centre who took time to send in an email saying that they found Mandy to be very polite, professional, and courteous in dealing with their queries.
