We are delighted to have further expanded our portfolio of work with Bellrock, reviewing the security for two new prestigious buildings in Sunderland.
Maker is a brand new 84,000 square feet high quality workspace spread over five floors. The offices sit bang in the centre of Sunderland, and we are providing 24 hour security services, which involves some public reception duties, patrols across the estate and liaising with the various tenants.
Close by, Faber is 73,033 square feet of high-quality workspace across four floors, surrounded by plenty of new places to eat, drink and shop in a better connected city. We also provide 24 hour security duties to this building, where we have already received formal recognition for our hard efforts and vigilance in deterring crime.
This demonstrates further development of our relationship with Bellrock and LGIM, with whom we have 12 locations, making Bellrock one of our top 5 clients.
The contracts support the Living Wage scheme, supported by our client. We have also introduced Trackforce, a real time management information and demonstrable evidence of service system at this site.
