We are delighted to add Digbeth, a growing neighbourhood of innovative businesses in Birmingham’s former industrial heartland to our customer portfolio.
One of Birmingham’s newest and most vibrant developments, Digbeth spans 18 acres and includes the famous Custard Factory, alongside many other business, leisure, event and retail spaces.
Further developing our client list with Ashdown Phillips & Partners, one of our key clients, we have been awarded the cleaning, maintenance and associated service provision for this huge site. This includes looking after the streetscape and managing waste disposal.
This further reinforces our position as a Recognised Living Wage Service Provider, with the support of our client. We have introduced Trackforce to provide key real time management information and demonstrable evidence of service activity.
Since taking on the contract, we have also been awarded the cleaning service provision for several key tenants on site including the BBC.
