Lakeside Village Shopping Centre in Doncaster is located just outside the town centre and has a scheme of over 53 units covering 147,000 sq ft of retail space. It attracts a footfall of around 2m visitors per annum and hosts tenants such as M&S Outlet, Next Outlet and Holland and Barrett.
The contract, which commenced mid-February, was awarded by management company Realm UK Ltd and covers the provision of cleaning, maintenance and security.

We were awarded the contract based on our ability to provide effective contract management support and use of innovative IT solutions and online staff training portal. We will also be investing in new capital equipment at the centre.
