ASG has recently won a facilities security, cleaning, and site-based maintenance contract worth £4m for three Ashdown Phillips & Partners (AP&P) sites. The contract started on the 1st May 2022 and will run over the next 3 years.
ASG provides a range of facility management services focused on two core services; security and cleaning. Working across a range of sectors including retail, leisure, commercial office, and manufacturing, ASG has built an enviable reputation for their highly professional yet personal approach to the provision of its services. The contract sees ASG onboard over 60 staff across three leading AP&P retail locations; Byron Place -Seaham, Birchwood Shopping Centre – Warrington, and the Weston Favell Shopping Centre – Northampton.
One of the key factors in the award of the contract is the provision of the ‘Living Wage’. AP&P and ASG recognise the importance of looking after their employees and are proud to be Living Wage Employer and Recognised Living Wage Service Provider respectively; this is reflective of the forward-thinking approach of both businesses. It also demonstrates the value and importance of the work that the cleaning, security, and maintenance teams deliver.
