The Dalton Park Outlet Shopping Centre in County Durham has over 65 stores and plenty of cafes and dining outlets within the mall and also boasts over 55 acres of landscaped parkland. That’s a lot of responsibility and ground to cover for the ASG security team, but thanks to the dedication of security officers like Connor Turnbull and his colleagues, they are more than a match for the task.
Connor has been in the Dalton Park security team now for just 6 months but has already proven himself an asset to the team, providing excellent customer service to both tenants and customers on a daily basis.
Simon Hawkins, Operations Director at ASG, commented, “The last six months have been anything but dull for Connor. He has had to deal with hostile situations and has done so in a calm and controlled manner that has quickly defused situations. Connor has also received some very positive feedback after dealing with first aid incidents”.
Simon continued, ”Connor is an absolute credit to the fantastic service provided by all the team to our Dalton Park client as well as their tenants and customers.”
In recognition of his outstanding performance and contribution to the team effort Connor has been awarded Employee of the Month for April 2022.
