Jason Harrison, ASG Security Officer at Mill Gate Shopping Centre in Bury, received the ‘Employee of the Month’ award for January 2022 and was presented with a framed certificate and gift voucher by centre Deputy Manager, Graham Bentley.
Mill Gate Shopping Centre Manager, Kirsty Williams, commented “Jason went above and beyond for a customer in the car park, whose car had broken down. He stayed with the gentleman after his shift to help get the car started. The customer said that ‘Jason then patiently hung around whilst I changed my flat tyre over to my spare one, assisting me with the jacking. He also provided me with details of the nearest petrol station where I could top the spare tyre up’. Jason has a caring approach and always puts the customer first.”
Simon Hawkins, ASG Operations Director, added, “Jason is an experienced security officer whose commitment to customer care is frequently commented on. Not only is he January’s ‘Employee of the Month’ but he also hits a significant milestone this year, as he will be achieving 25 years’ service; we look forward to celebrating Jason and his years of service”.
