ASG staff at Mill Gate Shopping Centre, Bury have recently undertaken WorldHost customer service training. An interactive, engaging experience covering real-world situations, WorldHost training develops participants’ transferrable skills which they will be able to utilise for the rest of their lives.

The foundation course was run by Linda Greenwood Training Company and focused on methods of delivering excellent Customer Service, not just in the Security / Cleaning Industry but across all industry sectors.

Gavin Armitage, ASG Regional Operations Manager said, “WorldHost is an integral part of our continuous staff development plan. It provides an interactive and ‘hands on’ approach to customer service that we can all utilise on a daily basis.”
