Recently at Woolshops, Halifax, a customer had lost their car keys and was in a panic, unable to contact anyone and not knowing what to do as her phone was locked in her car. Sarah Crossley, Customer Service Officer, managed to calm the customer down and assisted her by allowing her to use her own mobile phone. The customer was then able to contact her brother who made arrangements for a spare key to be brought to the centre. The customer was so grateful that she arranged for a beautiful arrangement of flowers for Sarah to be delivered by a florist.
Well done Sarah – it just goes to show what impact a simple and kind act can have on another person in their time of need.
