The guidance is included below.

Concern over this unprecedented situation is natural and here are some of the questions relating to the continuity of service that we are answering, with guidance from the risk assessment.

  • What should we do if a member of the team is confirmed with the virus?

  • What is our procedure to isolate the staff members and close the rooms on site that are used by our teams, so we can carry out a deep cleaning operation?

  • How quickly can we mobilise a team to deep clean the rooms?
