Aston Services Group – “Stronger Together”
The coming together of two highly successful businesses with different but equally effective systems and policies is a challenge not only in terms of business cultures merging but also in communicational terms.
The Aston Services Group Staff Conference, held at Wellington Park Hotel, Leyland was a triumph of communication and shared knowledge, with an honest appraisal of the obstacles to be faced going forward.
Input was received across the board from all service representatives.
The opening presentation/company updates were given by James Wheeler (Managing Director) and followed by a respective presentation from Alistair Clayton (Commercial Director), Richard Ellis (Head of Maintenance), Darrell Clews (Operations Director – Daily Office Cleaning), Sally Taylor (Operations Director)
The day was efficiently run by Master of Ceremonies, Nick Brookes.
Ian Gilston (Chairman) summed up the day by thanking everyone for their attendance and input, together with the promise that all suggestions would be collated for future reference.
He also reiterated that everyone within the group had an important role to play in the future development of the company and brand awareness in our chosen market sectors.
The next staff conference is already being planned for late summer 2017…..
