Aston invited to the Top 50

Lancashire Leadership debate

Aston Services Group were invited to attend the recent Lancashire Business View’s prestigious Lancashire Leaders’ Dinner. The annual event which brings together 50 top level guests from the worlds of commerce and industry, higher education and the public sector was held at Northcote, AA and Visit England Hotel of the year 2016/17.

The evening’s guest speaker was ‘The first lady of Fleet Street’ Eve Pollard, who regaled the gathering with her experiences during her career in media. She also made a plea for stronger leadership as she said that it had possibly “gone out of fashion”.

Promoting the event, Lancashire Business View’s Richard Slater facilitated networking and discussions centred round the need for strong leadership in these uncertain times.
